Shipping and other FAQPLEASE NOTE: Products ordered through our CafePress store will be processed and shipped by CafePress. ShippingDomestic - We ship via USPS First Class, Priority or Parcel Post to all of the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. Any customs duties charged are the responsibility of the addressee. NOTE - International orders must be shipped to the address the credit card is billed to. If the shipping address is different than the credit card billing address, the payment cannot be processed. Shipping Costs - Are calculated based on weight and location. Once you've selected the products you would like and the number of each (be sure to click "Recalculate" after changing amounts), simply select "Calculate Shipping", to compare and select your shipping. There is a $1.00 handling charge included in the shipping costs. Insurance - All orders over $100 will have insurance automatically added. This will enable the shipment to be tracked and reimbursement to be made in the event of a lost shipment. Delivery time - Depends upon location. U.S. First Class or Priority - Usually takes 1 to 4 business days (Alaska
or Hawaii may take a little longer.) International First Class or Priority - Usually takes 6 to 11 business days. However, we have no way of knowing how long a package will take to clear customs when shipped to another country. We suggest you check with your local postal service for this information. OrderingU.S. Orders - Can be placed online, by telephone or by mail. International Orders - Can be placed online or by telephone. Orders are usually shipped within two business days of receipt (or in the case of payment by check, within 2 business days of check clearance). If something is backordered or out of stock, we will notify you via e-mail or by phone, so you will have the opportunity to change or cancel your order. Payment - All payments for online and telephone orders are processed through PayPal, the internet's most well known and reliable payment service. Payment types accepted - We accept the following payment types through PayPal: Credit card, debit card and e-check. We also accept a check or money order for orders by mail (U.S. only). ReturnsOur orders are assembled by autistic and developmentally disabled students who work very hard to ensure that you get what you pay for. We want you to be happy with your purchase, so you have up to 30 days to return items, subject to the following conditions: LucasWorks Thermometers: Please put Thermometer into its original packaging and return it to us for a refund or exchange within 30 days. Safety Items: You may return unopened, undamaged, complete packages for a refund or exchange within 30 days. ID Items: You may return complete kits if no item has been written on or damaged for a refund or exchange within 30 days. Customized items, like the Custom Allergy Alert labels, cannot be returned unless there is a mistake between what you wrote on the customization form, and what was actually printed on the labels. Therefore, please be SURE that you fill out the customization form clearly and correctly. Return shipping costs - Are the responsibility of the purchaser. *Please note: Please be sure that all pieces of any products are in the package before you return it.
