Autism Tattoo kit

This Autism Tattoo kit is specially designed for people with an autism spectrum disorder!

Also available: New styles of Child Safety Tattoos, for boys and for girls!

It comes complete with everything you need:

  • 6 temporary autism tattoos with the message, "I have autism. If I am lost, please help me be found." Then there's a space to write your phone number with the marker that comes with this autism tattoo kit. Each autism tattoo is only 1.75 by 1.75 inches, small enough for anyone's arm or leg!
  • 6 moisture wipes that you use to clean the area of application before applying the autism tattoo.
  • A marker to write your phone number on the appropriate space within the autism tattoo.
  • 6 alcohol wipes for easy removal of the autism tattoo.

Portable - All this comes in a package small enough (7 inches by 4 1/2 inches) to carry in your purse, car, suitcase, carry-on, backpack, you get the idea.

Your child won't feel it - We all know that our children should have some sort of ID on them at all times, especially if they are non-verbal. But some children with autism are easily bothered or distracted by the normal type of ID products, like bracelets or "dog tag" types of items.

This Autism Tattoo kit is made especially for people with autism! These tattoos go on easily and quickly, and once they are on, they'll stay put until they either wear off or you wash them off with the alcohol wipes that come with them.

Autism Tattoo

Great for travel - Perfect for field trips, vacations, summer camps, trips to the zoo, the museum, the beach, or anywhere else they might be going, an autism tattoo on your child can provide you with the peace of mind that comes from knowing that your child has SOME sort of clue on them that will help if they get lost or wander off from you.

Can someone ID your Child? - In a recent Sam's Club magazine, there was an article that quoted Jerry Johnson, President of the National Association of Emergency Medical Technicians.

One of the things Mr. Johnson said was that Emergency Medical Technicians and Paramedics are trained to look for "medical information on pocket or wallet cards, medical ID bracelets and necklaces, vials-of-life and other identifiers."

Your use of an Autism Tattoo allows anyone to know that your child has autism, and to know a contact phone number immediately.

Easy to use - It's so easy to apply an autism tattoo to your child, too:

  • First, just decide where on your child you want the tattoo to go. Keep in mind that, while you may want it to be an area where your child won't notice it, you want it to be in a place where it can be found if it's needed!
  • OUR suggestion for placement if you think your child will mess with it: back of an upper arm, just above the elbow. The best results are achieved on an area free of much body hair, so that area is perfect.
  • If you don't think your child will have a problem with it, put the autism tattoo on the back of a hand, the easiest place to find it!
  • Wash the area of application with soap and water, and dry it thoroughly.
  • Once the area is completely dry, just peel off the clear, protective top sheet, and place the autism tattoo face down on the skin.
  • Hold a moisture wipe against the back of the autism tattoo and press down firmly. Hold for 30 seconds. (A moist towel, paper towel or sponge can also be used to saturate the tattoo.)
  • At that point, you should carefully lift a corner to see if the tattoo has adhered to the skin. If you need to, leave the wet cloth on for a few more seconds, and then carefully peel the paper off the skin.
  • Once the autism tattoo completely dry, you can write your emergency phone number directly onto the space within the tattoo, and your child is good to go, complete with an ID that won't come off for a few days!

Non-toxic, long lasting - Our Autism Tattoo kit has FDA approved ink, and is completely non-toxic. One tattoo will last on your child for up to seven days. That makes an Autism Tattoo Kit ideal for that trip out of town, whether to the grandparents house for a week, or to Disney World!

Especially for autism - It doesn't matter how old or young your child is, ALL children need some form of identification. Children with autism are especially vulnerable since so many times, they just don't understand the world around them.

If you have a child with autism who won't keep a regular ID card with them, this Autism Tattoo Kit might be the perfect thing to provide them with instant identification if they need it.

Where'd they go? - A child with autism can run off in an instant, and sadly, too many times this scenario ends in tragedy. At the very least, provide yourself AND your child with some form of ID that is easy to get to in the event of an emergency.

Making sure that both you AND your child have some form of ID on them at all times serves two purposes:

  • It enables you to provide the authorities with an up to date description and photo of your child.
  • It provides your child with something that they will have on them or with them, so that they can be identified quickly once they are found.

They may not know they're lost - Remember, not all children with autism can respond to their own names, and many children with autism will NOT understand that they are "lost" and need to be found!

This creates the added problem of a "one-sided" search, because searchers are looking for someone who isn't looking back or acting like they're lost.

For ALL your children - We also offer Child Safety Tattoos in "BOYS" or GIRLS" kits, so you can help ALL your kids stay safe!

Other ID - In addition to the Autism Tattoo kit, we have other types of ID for children that will identify your child in the event of an emergency. We have several Child Id Kits with different assortments, and wearable ID products that can be worn on wrists, shoes or belts.

Just think, for (in most cases) less than the cost of a fast food dinner, you can provide yourself and your family with the security of having ID in an emergency.
